This mixing unit is used to create a system of autonomous circulation of warm water underfloor heating and radiator heating modules are applied, consisting of pump and mixing units and manifold groups. Pump and mixing node is a complete set of fittings in the collection (without a pump) designed for forced circulation, regulation and maintenance of the desired temperature of the coolant in the water underfloor heating.

The effectiveness of the heating system built on the basis of the manifold group with a pump-mixing unit, provided by the principle of multiple circulation of the coolant between the supply and return collector with a partial withdrawal of the coolant from the high-temperature heat source of the primary circuit and the mixture of coolant from the return line. The mixing unit is only required for underfloor heating, as it circulates the same coolant as the radiators. The required temperature of the coolant for radiators (75 ÷ 95 ° C) is much higher than the maximum allowable temperature of the underfloor heating pipes (35 ÷ 55 ° C).

The boiler heats the coolant to the temperature required for high-temperature radiators, and a pump and mixer unit is used to reduce the temperature of the coolant at the inlet to the floor heating loop. Liquids not aggressive to the product materials can be used as the heat-carrier: water, glycol-based solutions. The maximum glycol content is up to 40%.
