This mixing unit is used for the installation of low-temperature heating systems (water underfloor heating) together with a high-temperature system (radiator heating). It is mounted on the manifold group of the low-temperature circuit, it is connected to the high-temperature circuit of the heating system. It is possible to connect the pump length 130 mm and 180 mm. In the KOER pump mixing unit for water underfloor heating the coolant with the temperature from 20 to 60 ℃ is prepared by mixing the liquid from the return line.
The regulation is performed by a two-way valve installed in the supply manifold and controlled by a thermostatic head with a remote immersion sensor, which is located at the outlet of the mixing unit. (When a heating controller is used, the valve control function is transferred to it).
The balancing valve in the supply line sets the ratio of the heating medium coming from the secondary return line to the primary direct line.
The element bodies and plugs, cap nuts are made of hot pressed nickel plated brass, CW 617N. The balancing valve gates are CW 614N brass. The o-rings are made of EPDM 70Sh ethyl-propylene elastomer.
