An element of the underfloor heating system. They serve to fix pipes with layers of foamed polystyrene with an overlap, which performs a heat-insulating function. Staples are made of stamped polymer special purpose, and have teeth made of impact-resistant plastic. The brackets secure the pipe along its entire length.
They are primarily used on horizontal sections. It is very important to have staples in places where the pipe bends or turns. The interval between the attachment points of the brackets should be at least half a meter for horizontal sections. In the case of fixing the bend, you should adhere to a step of 10 cm for better fixation of the pipe.
Supplied in packs of 100 pieces. The calculation is 500 pieces per 200 meters of pipe, or two staples per meter. A special fastening tool (Tucker KR.1002) or a stapler is used for fastening.
